Would You Rather: Take Personal or Public Transportation?

This week I am wondering, would you rather have your own personal transportation (car, bike, so on) or would you rather rely on public transportation (buses, trains, etc)? Respond below in the comments.

Obviously, location is a large determining factor to this question. If you live in the middle of Montana, public transportation probably won’t do much for you. But if you live or work in a major population center, ask yourself, would you rather have the freedom of a car, or would you rather save your money and let a bus, train, or even conveyor belt you from point A to point B?

Last week’s question got a pretty damn good response and was split fairly evenly (with perhaps a slight advantage to the Volt). I’m hoping to get a similar response to this week’s question, so don’t be shy!
